While the coaching process has some universal concepts which are common to all situations, I have developed a range of packages to allow us to approach the most common sticking points in a targeted way.

Have you ever felt that your output has stalled as you are facing a challenging burden of mixed priorities?

  • We will initially work to establish your key strengths and core values. This will allow us to help identify what is most important to you, and how we can leverage your key strengths to move forward.
  • We will use some productivity tools to catalog and prioritise your key tasks.
  • This work will form the foundation of our 12 initial coaching sessions, where we will partner to begin to tackle those tasks in a measured way, with personal and accountability support.

Have you found yourself in a situation where you are faced with a difficult dilemma, where you have to make a decision and there seems to be no obvious right answer?

  • We will work to establish your core values, so we can be clear about what is most important to you.
  • We'll set up a series of 3 one-on-one coaching sessions which will allow us to work together to: examine the situation, to partner while your decision is made, and to support you through the initial stages of moving forward.

Do you ever feel frustration that while many aspects of your life run smoothly, and you follow through reliably on your intentions, yet when it comes to your physical health, you don’t seem to be able to stick to a reliable diet or exercise routine in a way that is commensurate with your history of success?

  • We will work together to explore the key components of motivation, to audit the health of the different aspects of your wellbeing, and to establish what you would like to be different.
  • Together, we will design your lifestyle to adopt some new favourable behaviours in a way that works with the time and energy you have to spare.
  • I can provide information on eating and exercise habits which are appropriate to your desired outcomes which you can use to help make your choices.
  • A series of 12 one-on-one coaching sessions will allow us to work together over an extended period to support you as you adopt your new habits and build them sustainably into your life.
